Mount Everest

This is just another sight that nature has given us. This magnifficent measures out to be 8,848 metres (29,029 ft.). The mountain amazingly grows at least a quarter of an inch a day. I know that that doesn't seem alot but trust me it's just amazing that this mountain also called "The Top Of The World" is getting higher. It is located in China and India.

December 17, 1903

This date is a most historic date indeed. It was the day man was no longer bound by the crippling known as gravity and flew. On this date was the first succesful flight of an airplane. Now of course they did'nt know it at the time but the Wright brothers felt that this was going to work. They tested this on the most questionable of days with the weather being so bad and all and winds up to 22 to 27 miles but it worked and now they're known as legends.

Space Shuttle

Space Shuttle Endeavour slipped out of nice desert sky and touched down safely after a nearly 16-day mission to repair and upgrade the international space station. Stormy weather prevented the shuttles main landing in florida. The crew had to convert the landing to the Edwards air Force Base. The shuttle was transporting a new bathroom, kichenette, exercise machine, two sleeping quarters, and a recycling system that converts astornaunts urine to water.

Jules the Talking Robot

Jules is a robotic head that mimics peoples facial expressions. It's a break through in human robotic interaction. It can grin and grimace, furrow its brow and 'speak' as his software translates real expressions observed through video camera 'eyes'. Jules is avery unique robot.
Jules mimics the expressions by converting the video image into digital commands that make the robot's servos and motors produce mirrored movements. He truly is an incredible robot indeed.

Gilbraltra Bridge

The Gilbratra Bridge... Another dream becoming. Many say the gilbratra bridge is impossible to build with it being 5,000 meters but nothing is impossible. With it being this enormous length designers are stumped because no one type of bridge can span this length. So designers have to think of a totally new bridge design. Something between a cable stay bridge and a suspension bridge. Alone theses two types of bridges could'nt get the job done but together the best features of these bridges could span this great length.

Freedom Ship

The Freedom Ship said be just another dream... Or is it? The Freedom Ship is project for the future because its not other ordinary ships. It measures up to 1400mm long and has a condominium housing up to 30,000 people. It is said that it is like a moving city going from coast to coast picking up many people. Unfortunately this is only a dream until it can be built. Its massive size poses a problem for its consturuction. So until then it remains a dream.
